You basically continue to consume many of the foods you love, but you keep a keen eye out for those pesky carbs.  Since most of us love bread products like biscuits and doughnuts, we end up packing on the pounds.  The negative aspect of these carbs is the fact that they break down into a sugar, which means calories.  Many of us don’t keep track of our daily caloric intake.  In reality, we are only supposed to consume around 2000 calories a day.  This may vary up or down depending on your weight, height, age, and metabolism.  The bad thing is that the majority of us surpass this calorie amount on a regular basis.  By doing this, you will end up overweight.  You can bring your weight down and drop fat by starting one of the new low carb diet plans.
